Creating handwoven fabrics with natural fibers is an ancient art.
I use locally produced fibers as often as possible to make decorative and functional woven pieces using fine wool, linen, silk, and cotton as well as other organic fibers.
I have been weaving for over thirty-five years and currently share space at The Anoka Fiber Works. Visitors are always welcome to come and see a floor loom in action. My hours there can be irregular, although I'm often in my studio space there in the afternoons. Call me or email to set up an appointment.
